March 22, 2006 at age 90. She is predeceased by her husband, James A. Lanza; and her dog, Ruffles. She is survived by her daughter, Vitina "Vicky" (John) McConnell; granddaughter, Vanessa McConnell; several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews; close friends.
Family will receive friends 3-8 PM Friday at New Comer Family Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. Her Funeral Mass will be held 9:30 AM Saturday at Christ the King Church, 445 Kings Highway South. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
