Patricia M. Higgins

Patricia M. Higgins passed away peacefully on February 5, 2025, after a brief illness at age 65.

Born in Penn Yan NY, Pattie was the daughter of Donald and Beverly J. Multer. A graduate of Penn Yan Academy, she went on to earn a degree in Business from Keuka College before embarking on a successful career in purchasing. She retired in August 2024 from Complimar.

Beyond her professional life, Pattie was a devoted wife and mother. She cared deeply for her family and friends. When not at work, she enjoyed scrapbooking, needle work, crocheting and playing euchre. 

Pattie was predeceased by her parents, and her brother, William Multer. She is survived by her husband of 34 years David, her son Justin Higgins, her dog Winnie all of North Chili, her brother, Timothy Multer (Colleen) of Albany, her sister-in-law, Denise Multer of Penn Yan and her sister, Christine Bradley of Georgetown, CO. She also leaves behind several nieces, nephews, cousins and cherished friends. 

The family wishes to extend special thanks to the neighbors who helped Pattie when she needed it during her brief illness. They will receive those wishing to share their condolences in person on Saturday, March 1st at the Chili Fire Department #1 3225 Chili Avenue in Rochester between 1 and 4:30 pm. Donations in Pattie’s memory may be made to the John Fiore Foundation.
