Survived by her loving husband, Daniel Lavell. Daughters, Stephanie Colangelo, Michele Perticone. Grandchildren, Bella, Paige, Gabby, Gianni, Tiffany, Kaliee, JR. Several brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews. Many dear friends.

Patricia was a registered nurse at Jewish Home of Rochester, Monroe Community Hospital, Unity Hospital in Greece. She loved working in her garden, the beach and especially taking care of her patients. She loved her grandchildren and spending time with them. Dan and Patricia vacationed in Maine, one of her favorites was Ocean City Maryland. She will be sadly missed by so many.

No prior calling hours. Services and interment will be held at the convenience of the family. Friends wishing may make contributions to URM Home Hospice Care.
