Patricia is survived by her daughter, Valerie McLeod; grandson, Randy McLeod; siblings, Thomas Cutshaw, Barbara Duffy, Susan Farrell and David Cutshaw; niece and nephews; life partner of 33 years, Tony Kochenko.
Patricia's services will be held privately.
