Passed away after a long battle with lung disease on January 17th, 2018 at the age of 63. Predeceased by parents, John and Marie (Tonti) Konopa. Patricia is survived by her loving husband, Brent Young, daughter, Dawn (Todd)Clevenger, son, Bryan (Jody) Haag, grandchildren, Allyson and Connor, sister, Betty (William) Van Arsdale, niece, Lindsey and nephew, Brandon (Melissa) Van Arsdale, along with many cousins and friends. No Prior calling hours, a Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday January 20th, 2018 at 11AM at St. John The Evangelist Church, 55 Martha St, Spencerport, NY 14559. Contributions may be made to, NSVA (Navy Seabee Veterans Association) Island X-12, 125 Hurstbourne Ave, Rochester, NY 14609-5502.
