Surrounded by his family, at Highland Hospital on his birthday on April 17, 2024, at the age of 85, Mr. Paul-Aimé Grondin passed away.
He was a native of Saint-Victor, Quebec, Canada and lived in Rochester New York USA. Paul was a hard-working individual who enjoyed life and loved to make people laugh. He worked passionately in construction as a drywall finisher his entire life and traveled a lot due to the nature of his work. He was a generous and devoted father who loved spending time with his family and working around the yard. He would always quote his father by saying, "A house is the key to staying healthy since you are always caring for it." He loved going camping every summer weekend and we will always remember the beautiful drives he loved to take with his Cadillac convertible.
He is survived by his life partner Lillian Frost.
His children: Diane (Al DiProspéro), Marquis (Alice) and Danio (Lisa).
His grandchildren: Michael (Katie), Joey (Roseann) and Amanda.
His great-grandchildren: Dominic, Dawson, Gianna and Joey.
He is also survived by his brother Yvan (Jacqueline) and his sisters.
Madeleine, Colette (Gaston) and France (Pierre).
He went to join his parents Joseph and Bernadette as well as his brothers and sisters: Marie, Monique, Eva-Rose, Normand, Gilles-Euclide, Victor-Gilles, Yvette, Régent, Raymond, Marcel and Roland.
Relatives and friends can gather with the family Thursday May 2nd from 4:00pm - 7:00pm to pay their respects at:
