Peggy A. Fischer

Passed away on January 18, 2025 at the age of 84. 

Predeceased by her husband, Lester Fischer; parents, James & Gertrude VanDake.

She is survived by her children, Jeffrey (Betsy) Fischer, Wendy (Sam) Cammilleri, & Douglas (Crystal) Fischer; grandchildren, Corey (Allison) & Jason (Taylor) Fischer, Nicholas (Andrew), Joseph, & Sam Cammilleri, Georgia (Dylan) Fischer; great grand-daughter, Savanna Cammilleri; many nieces & nephews.

Peggy found joy in the simple pleasures of life, including boating at Oak Orchard off of Lake Ontario. She had a green thumb and a deep love for nature, spending countless hours tending to her garden and watching the birds that visited her yard. A devoted collector of Hummel figurines, Peggy appreciated their delicate charm. Her love for dogs was boundless—her neighbors often marveled at how the pups in her complex would eagerly seek her out for treats and affection. Peggy's warmth and love for life will be dearly missed. 

Services will be held privately, at the convenience of the family.
