Irondequoit- Peter C. Nesser, 71, passed away on Friday, September 24, 2021 surrounded by the love of his family.
Pete was born in Rochester, NY on October 11, 1949 to the late Peter L. and Sophie Nesser. Peter will be remembered for his love of chess. His passion in life was his family.
He is survived by his sister, Carole (Mark) Wahl, his nieces and nephews, Ryan (Michelle) Lassiter, Renee Kelly, and Tracie Lassiter, his great nieces and nephews, Mitchell, Madalyn, Peyton, and Kaleb, and many cousins whom he loved.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Ave., Rochester, NY on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 from 4pm-7pm. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, September 30, 2021 at 10am. Burial will be held at Irondequoit Cemetery following the service.
