Rochester: Saturday, October 23, 2010, at age 94. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Sarah E. Palmer; sons, Edward (Nilce), Paul (Linda) and Kenneth (Peggy) Palmer; 3 stepchildren; many grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
A special Thank You from the family to Anne Palmer for all her love and support.
Philip was a retiree of Bausch & Lomb after 50 years of service.
No prior calling hours.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 26, at 9:30 AM at St. John the Evangelist Church, 2400 West Ridge Rd. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
