A true artisan mason by trade, Phil was the owner of Jacobs Tile & Marble. He will be remembered for his hardworking nature, his interests in classic cars, gardening and entrepreneurial spirit.
Phillip is predeceased by his loving wife Louise Rita Vignare.
He is survived by his children; Christopher (Karen) Vignare, Donna Vignare, Kimberly (Jody) Gascon, grandchildren Victoria Vignare, Angelina Vignare, Alexander Vignare, Amber (Chris) Finley, and great grandson Isaac Finley.
