Penfield: Went to be with our Lord on Thursday, April 17, 2008 at age 70. She was predeceased by many loved ones. Survived by her husband, Ronald "Sarge"; son, Wynn J. Rockow; daughters, Andrea Ludwig, Christine Humphrey, Debbie (Joe) Tedone and Lynnette (Kelvin) Spears; 2 step-daughters, 2 step-sons, 16 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Phyllis was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post #468.
The family will receive friends on Monday, April 21st from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the New Comer Funeral Home, 6 Empire Blvd. Her Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd at 11 AM at Victory Baptist Church, 32 Wildbriar Rd. Private interment. Memorial contributions may be directed to Hospice of Rochester Lifetime Care, 3111 Winton Rd. South, Rochester, NY 14623.
