Passed peacefully Tuesday, January 31, 2017 surrounded by the ones who loved her the most at age 78. She was predeceased by her husband of 59 years, Glenn; father, Jesse Helm; mother, Alice, step-father, Clayton Tumlinson; Survived by daughter, Glenda (Doug) Pearce; grandchildren, Tabbetha (Rick), Dale (Meghan), Sabrina (Richard) DeCarlo; great-grandson, Nolan; brother, Donald (Jerry) Helm; sister, Jeanne; sister-in-law, Joanne (Dick) Quinn and nieces and nephews.
Phyllis was a longtime faithful member of the Victory Baptist Church in Albion.
Family will receive friends Thursday, February 2, 2017 from 4-7PM at the New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave., where Funeral Services will be held Friday at 10AM. Interment Union Cemetery, Albion, NY. Memorial contributions may be directed to Western New York Health Care System, 222 Richmond Ave. Pine Lodge, Batavia, NY 14020.
