April 21, 2007 at age 79. Predeceased by stepson, Pete Stannard. He is survived by his soul mate, Dixie E. Uhler; children, Teri (Sim) Petrarca, Perry Stannard; grandchildren, Joseph Bleier, Sarah (Josh) Schurr, Alexa Stannard; great-grandchildren, Aaliyah and Tristan; best friend, Bill Hargrave. He was a member of the James R. Hickey American Legion Post 120 and a WWII Navy veteran.
A Graveside Service will be held 10:00 AM Saturday at White Haven Memorial Park (please meet at main gate). In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lipson Cancer Center at Rochester General Hospital.
