Raymond W. Connelly

Surrounded by his family Ray passed away on March 9, 2025 at the age of 81.

Predeceased by his parents, Donald P. and Lucille Connelly; brothers, Robert and James Connelly.

Ray is survived by his wife, Gail Connelly; daughter, Kimberly (Jeffrey) Hahn; son, Richard (Tasha Zehr) Dominik; grandchildren, Sierra and Luke Dominik; brothers, Donald (Marlene) Connelly and William (Bonnie) Connelly; sister-in-law, Mary Connelly; many nieces and nephews.

Ray was a proud veteran of the Artillery Branch of the US Army. He was honorably discharged after three years of active service. Ray was an accomplished carpenter and a master woodworker.

Family will receive friends Monday, March 17th from 4-7PM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 6 Empire Boulevard. There will be a military service at 5PM at the funeral home.

Raymond's Funeral Mass will be held Tuesday, March 18th at 10:30AM at St James Church, Peace of Christ Parish, 130 Brett Rd, Irondequoit, NY 14609.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to American Cancer Society or American Heart Association in Raymond's memory.
