Passed peacefully Friday, May 19, 2017 at age 92 with his sons at his side. He was predeceased by his wife, Ida. He is survived by his children, Maria (Dennis) Sinatra, Vincent (Christina) and Raymond D (Maritza).; grandchildren, Jacklyn (Anthony) Finocchio-Fortunato, Raymond John (Courtney), Jodi Finocchio (L.J.), Lisa Finocchio (Corey), Sean Sinatra (Maryam), Jason (Tara) Sinatra; great-grandchildren, Trajan and Saxton Sinatra, Austin Finocchio, Mariah Mobley, Tona and Tali Sinatra and nephews, Michael and Leonard Lenzi.
Raymond was a United States Marine Corps Veteran who proudly served his country during WWII in the South Pacific. He enjoyed his 30 years retirement from Rochester Gas & Electric after 39 years of service.
The family will receive friends Friday, May 26th from 5-9 PM at the New Comer Funeral Home, 6 Empire Blvd. where Funeral Service will be held Saturday at 11 AM. Interment with Full Military Honors will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorial contributions in Raymond's name may be directed to Veterans Outreach, 447 South Ave., Roch., NY 14620.
