Kieliszak, Raymond J.
Rochester: Passed away Saturday, September 6, 2008. He is predeceased by his beloved wife of 60 years Florence. One of four children of John and Victoria Kieliszak. A World War II Navy veteran who was a decorated survivor of the ill-fated USS Franklin off the coast of Japan. He was a former Gates Volunteer Firefighter, past Commander of the American Legion Greece Post #468 and a retiree of Eastman Kodak after 42 years. He is survived by his children, Richard (Joanne) Psyk, Daniel (Louise) Kieliszak, Gerald (Dorothy) Kieliszak, Raymond (Lena) Kieliszak; 11 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren; sisters, Collette Adams, Sally DeWolf, Rita Gatz along with many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, September 10 from 5-8 P.M. at New Comer Funeral Home, 6 Empire Blvd. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday at 9:30 A.M. at Christ the King Catholic Church, 445 Kings Highway South.
