Passed September 20, 2019 at the age of 89.
Predeceased by her husband, Walter J. Tapp III; daughter, Laura T. Clark.
Survived by her daughters: Susan (Robert) Ritchie & Karen (Richard Zeh) Markajani; son in law: Keith Clark; grandchildren: Christopher (Karen) Clark, Andrea (Anthony) McNeil, Matthew (Stephanie Lawson) Ritchie, Lisa Ritchie, Adam Markajani & Rebecca Markajani; great grandchildren: Benjamin, Ryan, Travis, Carson, Logan, Jordan, Jamison & Coralyn; brothers: Ralph Sawyer & Richard (Jacqueline) Sawyer; & many nieces, nephews, cousins, & dear friends.
Rebecca was a retired school teacher from #23 School in the Rochester City School District.
Calling hours will be Friday September 27, 10am-12pm with a service immediately following at Covenant United Methodist Church, 1124 Culver Road. Burial will follow at White Haven Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, please donate in Rebecca's memory to The Alzheimer's Association, Rochester & Finger Lakes Region, 435 E Henrietta Road.
