Regina Marie Kosiorek
April 28, 1953 — March 8, 2022
Commonly known as Jean, a devoted mother and grandmother of Rochester, NY, formerly residing in Batavia, NY passed peacefully on March 8, 2022 at the age of 68 surrounded by her family. Predeceased by her parents Edmund Sr. and Stella Kosiorek, and former spouse Dennis Doreen.
She is survived by her former spouse Daniel Etter; children Paula Vesperman, Scott (Melanie) Etter; grandchildren Carl Vesperman IV and Addison Etter; siblings Edmund (Lesley) Kosiorek Jr., and Barbara Kosiorek, and twin Virginia (Irving) Emerson, nephews William Johnson III, Dr. E Casey (Debra) Kosiorek, Dr. Joseph (Samantha) Kosiorek, aunt Florence Niziol, cousins and many loving friends.
Jean will be remembered for her contagious laugh, dedication to helping others and practicing spiritual principles that changed her life.
Calling hours will be held Thursday, March 24, 2022 from 4-7pm at New Comer Funeral Home located at 2636 Ridgeway Ave, Rochester, NY 14626. A memorial service will be held on March 25, 2022 at 10am at St. Pius Tenth Church located at 3010 Chili Ave, Rochester, NY 14624.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Aurora Comfort Care Home at 2495 S. Union St., Spencerport, NY 14559.
