Passed away on May 19, 2021 at the age of 65. Predeceased by his parents, Miguel A. Garcia and Aida L. Ortiz; brother, David Garcia. He is survived by his siblings, Angel (Jeanette) Garcia, Nellie (Mark) Wegner, Edwin Frank, Evelyn (Bruce Belknap) Castello, Demetrius (Iris) Buttelman, Ulysses Garcia and Veronica Agront along with many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Family will receive friends on Monday May 24th 2021 from 10AM - 11AM followed by a service at 11AM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 6 Empire Blvd Rochester, NY 14609. Interment at Riverside Cemetery. He will be greatly missed for his sense of humor, his memory and love of music. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to National Multiple Sclerosis Society 1000 Elmwood Ave #900 Rochester, NY 14620.
