She is survived by her loving husband, John R. Jacobs; mother, Mona Rivers; children, Eric (Danielle) Rivers, Ashley Jacobs, and Matthew Jacobs; grandchildren; Cheyenne, Mya, and Eric Rivers; sister, Michelle (Thomas) Heckman; nephew, Thomas Heckman II; and special friends, Angie Coville and Sandra Smith.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue Rochester, NY 14626, on
Wednesday, April 19th, from 4-7pm.
