Rhonda Lynn Howe

Rhonda Lynn Howe, age 67, of Rochester, NY, passed away on April 2, 2024. Rhonda was born on August 10, 1956, in Ventura, California. She had a youthful spirit and a deep love for her family, friends, and her dogs, "Chingars" and "Zeeks." Rhonda was a devoted member of the New Testament Christian Church in Rochester, NY, which she called home for over 40 years.

Rhonda was known for her inner and outer beauty, her love for the Lord, and her generous nature. She was married to her husband, Charles Gregory Howe, for 42 years and is survived by her son, Maxx Salsedo, mother Mary Salsedo, sisters Cammie Antonow, Maxine Salsedo, Penny Ordaz, brother Adrian Garcia, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.

In her free time, Rhonda enjoyed singing, dancing, shopping, and taking pride in her appearance. She had a passion for music and a generous spirit that endeared her to all who knew her.

Family will receive friends Friday April 12, 2024 from 4:00pm-6:00pm, immediately following will be a memorial service at 6:00pm.
Following the service, a celebration of life will be held at the Horseshoe Tavern, 19 St Johns Park, Rochester, NY 14612.

A "Celebration of Life" service will be held on Tuesday, April 23rd, at 5:00 pm at 8569 Aberdare St in Ventura. Friends and family are welcome to join in honoring Rhonda's memory.
