Passed away on, June 14, 2024 at the age of 80.
Predeceased by his parents, Roger and Florence Bailey; brother, James Bailey; great-granddaughter, Layla and many friends.
He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Jean Bailey; daughters, Donna Bailey, Rhonda Bailey and Ramona (Todd)Sutherland; grandchildren, Nikita (Josh) Murphy, Kimberly Beresford, Amber Henneberger, Malcolm Hayes, Cuyler Hoke, Allison Hoke; 4 great-grandchildren; brother, Robert Bailey; many nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends Thursday, June 20th 4-7pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue.
Richard's funeral service will be held Friday, June 21st at 11am at the funeral home.
Private interment at Riverside Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Semper Fi America's Fund in Richard's memory.
