Predeceased by his girlfriend, Donna L. Snyder; parents, Casimir and Nellie Cieslik; brother, Carl Cieslik.
He is survived by his daughters, Dawn Haines and Nellie (Todd) Radtke; grandchildren, Kirk Willis, Kristian Ange, Victoria Rodriguez, Cameo Bassford, Brittany Grambeck; several great-grandchildren; and many loved ones.
Richard was a Buffalo Bills fan. He enjoyed bird watching, watching the news and exercising. He was a kind and simple man; who cared about others and put others before himself.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
