Greece: Passed away peacefully, with family by his side on Friday, September 9th, 2016 at age 83. Predeceased by grandson, Andrew Simone. Survived by beloved wife of 60 years, Jeanne; children, Cathy (Mike) Simone, Maureen Gordon, Sharon (Steve) Phillips, Larry (Kathe) Finucane, Joe (Sue) Finucane, Patty (Joe) D'Agostino; 21 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren; sister, Roberta "Bobbi" (Bernie) Doran; along with several step-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins & friends.
Family and friends may attend calling hours from 4-7 PM on Sunday, September 18th at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. A Memorial Ceremony will be celebrated at 10:00 AM on Monday, September 19th at Greece United Methodist Church, 1924 Maiden Lane, Rochester, NY 14626. Interment to follow at White Haven Memorial Park.
