Died peacefully Tuesday, October 26, 2010 at age 54. He is predeceased by his father, Thomas J. Rapp. Survived by his mother, Rita Rapp; son, Mark Rapp; daughter, Erin Rapp; sister, Mary Ann (Robert) Laruez; brother, Thomas (Gail) Rapp; nephews, Robbie and Rick; nieces, Sarah and Emily. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff of St. Ann's Home Palliative Care Unit and the staff of Shepherd Home for the extraordinary care given to Rick during his stay.
The family will receive friends Saturday, October 30th from 2-5 PM at the New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue. Services and Interment will be held privately. Memorial contributions in Rick's name may be directed to the Shepherd Home, 1959 Five Mile Line Road, Penfield, NY 14526.
