McCarthy, Richard M. Sr. "Mac", "Dick"
Chili: April 24, 2009, died peacefully at home with his family and friends around him at the age of 75. Predeceased by his parents, Patrick and Dorothy; a brother, William (Jackie). He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Dorothy; children, Richard Jr. (Debbie), Debby (Mike) Quayle, Robert (Dawn), Marie (James) Sauer; grandchildren, Joshua, Lindsay, Laura, Noelle, Nicholas, Molly, Patrick, Erin; great-granddaughter, Dezireigh. He was a Korean War veteran, a retiree of American Airlines, an avid hunter, and native of Tupper Lake.
Friends may call 4-8 PM Monday at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 1:30 PM Tuesday at St. Christopher Church, 3350 Union St., N. Chili, NY 14514. Interment, Riga Cemetery.
