Passed July 7, 2022 at the age of 95.
Predeceased by his wife of 66 years, Joanne Nowack; siblings, Thomas (Mary) Nowack, Arthur (Patricia) Nowack, & Janice (Warren "Red") Haag.
Survived by his children, Patty (Rob) Kuhn, Mike (Cheryl) Nowack, & Rick (Charmaine) Nowack; grandchildren, Kris (Jon) Rush, Nick (Erin) Nowack, Samantha (Joe) Boyer, Randy (Liz) Kuhn, Kelly (Keith) O'Connor, & Nicole Nowack; great grandchildren, Nicholas Nowack, Addison Nowack, Amy Boyer, Ryan Kuhn, Madison Kuhn, Ashlynn O'Connor, & Callan O'Connor; many nieces, nephews, grand & great grand nieces, & nephews, special neighbors, & friends.
He was a graduate of Aquinas Institute & a retiree of Eastman Kodak. He hosted & enjoyed a weekly coffee klatch with generations of family members for many years. He enjoyed watching sporting events, especially football (Go Bills!), old time TV courtroom dramas & western shows in addition to watching his children's & grandchildren's sporting events. Richard enjoyed canning & baking pies & cheesecakes for anyone that would take them.
Calling hours will be Thursday July 14, 4-6pm with a service at 6pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue.
Donations in lieu of flowers to the School of the Holy Childhood in his honor.
