Passed away on November 2nd, 2021 at the age of 97. Predeceased by her parents, Norris W. and Elizabeth Ellsworth; husband, Charles M. Evans Jr.; daughter, Lynn M. Evans; sisters, Elizabeth & Joyce. She is survived by her children, Mark Evans, Janet (Gerald) Jablonski and Michelle (Dave Hance) Esposito; grandchildren, Mark, Aaron, Tim, Richelle, Lynette, Lee, Heather, Dayvid, Evan, Lauren and Alison; Beloved great-grandchildren along with many nieces, nephews and cousins. A memorial service will be held at a Later Date. Contributions may be made in her name to Spiritus Christi Church 121 Fitzhugh St. Rochester NY 14614 or Lollypop Farm, 99 Victor Rd, Fairport, NY 14450.
