Rita E. Wunch (Boehly)

Rochester, September 27, 2021 at age 96, one day before her birthday. Rita passed into the loving, heavenly arms of her husband of 70 years, Richard.

Predeceased by 5 siblings. Survived by daughter, Barbara (Thomas) Fichtner; sons, Gerard (Barbara) Wunch and Thomas (Carol) Wunch; grandchildren, Timothy (Margaret) Fichtner, Mary Jo Fichtner (Karen Mustian), Debra Wunch, Stephen Wunch, Amy (Michael) Shields, Jacob Wunch, Shelby Wunch; 6 great-grandsons, 1 great-granddaughter and many nieces & nephews.

Rita was a devoted, loving wife, mother and grandmother, member of MOS Craft Club and a devout Catholic with unending faith.

Special thanks to St. Ann's Home 2nd floor, Sr. Livia, and all Portland staff for their loving care the past five years.

Family will receive friends 4-6:30pm Friday, October 22nd at New Comer Funeral Home, Greece on Ridgway. Please join the family immediately following calling hours for a funeral mass service to be celebrated at 6:30pm. Masks required for all please. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery on Saturday at 11:00am.
