ROCHESTER - Passed away on Monday, May 4th 2020 at age 89 at Strong Memorial Hospital. Predeceased by his first wife, Janet C. Edwards Dibble; 2nd wife, Esther Halsey Greene Dibble; daughter, Betty Jean Bolsei; brother, Richard Dibble. Survived by children, Robert (Sharlene) Dibble, Sandra Dibble, Janice (John) Garland; son-in-law, Philip Bolsei; sister-in-law, Veronica Dibble; step-children, Ken (Patty) Greene, Cheryl (Jerry) Titko; Jackie Fraily, Steve Greene; several grandchildren; great-grandchildren; great-great grandchildren; brother-in-law, Roy Halsey; sisters-in-law, Gloria Gayhart & Norma Lairson.
Robert retired from Rochester Products, Division of General Motors after 42 years of service as a Manufacturing Engineer. He was a member of the Fame Lodge #722 (Inspiration #109) of the Masons, where he served twice as Master. He was a 32-degree Mason member of the Rochester Consistory Scottish Rite. He had also served as Grand Steward for the second Monroe District Grand Lodge of the State of New York (1988-1989). Robert served several times as Patron of Paul Chapter, Order of the Eastern Star.
