BROCKPORT-Robert F. Murray Jr., 77, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, May 15, 2022 surrounded by his loving family.
Bob was born in Oswego, NY on February 7, 1945 to the late Robert and Mary Murray. On August 20, 1966 Bob married the love of his life, Phyllis. They were married for over 60 years and together they raised three children. He was a loyal employee to Xerox for over 30 years. Bob was friends with everyone he met. His sense of humor will be greatly missed. He will be remembered for his love seeing his grandchildren play sports. His passion in life was his family.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Phyllis, his children, Michael (Karen) Murray, Kimberly (Steve DiFilippo) Rockow, Karrie (Tom) Velletri, his grandchildren, Megan, Hali, Brennan, Alec, Samuel, Avery, and Ava, and his siblings, Kay (Roger McEwen) Yager, Donald (Frani) Murray, Tom (Patty) Murray, Patti (Mark) Franks, and Tim (Aya) Murray.
A celebration of life will be Saturday, May 21, 2022, from 2:00pm-4:00pm at Chateau at Heritage Square - 100 Isla Way Brockport, NY 14420.
The family would like to thank Sarah Babcock-LoMonaco for all of her care and compassion she gave to Bob.
