Robert Stanley Jr. of Rochester, NY - Passed away unexpectedly on October 15, 2022, at the age of 48.
He is predeceased by his father, Robert Stanley Sr., and his Aunt Helen.
He is survived by his loving wife, Carol; children, Mackenzie, Andrew (Taylor), Valen, and Gwen; grandchildren, Jocelyn, Kathie, and Andrew Jr.; mother, Hyong K. Stanley; brother, Dr. Tae-Wol Stanley (Dr. Jeffrey W. Ralph); beloved dogs, River, and Sarge; Cats, Snickers, and Fifty (Lu) and many more loving family and friends.
Rob "Heyboy" will be remembered for his love of the outdoors. Whether he was out turkey, duck, or deer hunting, he enjoyed sharing his wisdom with his children and so many others. Rob was happiest spending time in the woods or spending the day in a fishing boat. Rob loved Korean food, especially his mother's kimchi. He was known for his famous seafood boil and for creating new dishes with venison that he harvested from his successful hunts.
He was a US Army Veteran, Sgt. He proudly served his country in two deployments in Afghanistan and Kuwait. He will be dearly missed by his brothers in arms.

The family will receive friends 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm, Monday, October 24, 2022, at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue, where his Military Honors and Funeral Service will follow at 6:00 pm.
