Robert John Urquhart Jr, 63, beloved brother and uncle, passed away on Saturday, December 19th 2020 at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY.
Bob was born on May 31st, 1957 in Endicott, NY where he was raised. He graduated Maine Endwell HS in 1975 and attended SUNY Geneseo where he earned his BS in Computer Science. During his career he enjoyed contributing to projects with several companies including Kodak and finished his career at Johnson and Johnson until his health forced an early retirement. Bob was a University of Michigan football and NASCAR sports enthusiast. Great games and exciting races were his two favorite things in life. Known to his nephews as the best holiday gift giver, Bob was generous at heart. He was an incredible brother and uncle who was always supportive of his friends and family.
Bob is preceded in death by his parents Robert John Urquhart Sr. and Ruth Marie Hawthorne, and sister Kathleen Mae Urquhart. He is survived by his two brothers Mark Stephen Urquhart (Diane) of Plano, TX, and James Edward Urquhart (Kris) and two nephews Kyle Andrew Urquhart and Ryan Morgan Urquhart of Orlando, FL.
Special thanks to Carol Stanley for her loving care and support of Bob during the last years of his life. He was adored by his family and will be dearly missed.
