FLATS OF IRONDEQUOIT- Robert L. Van Hove, 85, passed away on Wednesday, November 3, 2021.
Predeceased by his parents, Harold and Esther, and his loving grandmother, Mary Kellogg.
Survived by his devoted wife of 63 years, Iris, their beautiful daughters, Patti (John) Murray, Shari (Lene Tufele) Cleary, and Sandi (Scott) Miller, 5 grandchildren, Kaitlin, Robert and Benjamin Cleary, Jenna and Hanna Miller, 3 great grandchildren, Ashton, Adrian, and Kylo, his sister-in-law, Nancy (Pete) Golder and many friends. He loved them all.
The family would like to thank Dr. Nancy Clark, and Dr. Tim Quill from the UR for the compassionate, kind, and expert care that they gave Bob over the years. We are eternally grateful.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Bob's name to the Palliative Care Program, URMC, 601 Elmwood Ave., Box 687, Rochester, NY 14642 or the Alzheimer's Association of Rochester, 435 E. Henrietta Road, Rochester, NY 14620
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 6 Empire Blvd, Rochester, NY 14609, on Monday, November 15, 2021 from 4-7pm. A burial will be held at Irondequoit Cemetery, on Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at 11am.
