In Loving Memory Of
Robert Zeitvogel
8/3/1953- 8/18/2020
A golden heart stopped beating on August 18th, 2020 when Dad/Bob passed away unexpectedly but peacefully in his sleep at the age of 67. This came after several years of dealing with many health complications that greatly reduced his quality of life. We find peace knowing that he is now in a better place with the Lord, his father, wife and many of the souls he touched while on Earth that have preceded him. Our father was a true one of a kind. He was a protector to his loved ones and a friend to all. He was quick to help anybody with anything. He loved sports, game shows, camping, and many more recreational hobbies that he enjoyed with those closest to him. He was a true gentle giant that could light up a room and put a smile on any face. His sons were the apple of his eye and through us, his legacy will live on. He had an unorthodox way of teaching us life lessons which helped shape the men, husbands, friends and parents that we've grown to be. Through him, we learned to love, care, accept and push through any barrier. He will be sorely missed by so many, forever cherished and never forgotten.
Predeceased by his father, Robert Zeitvogel, and his wife, Suzanne Adam. Survived by his mother Shirley; children, Bob (Maggy), Lenny (Ellie); grandchildren Michael, Maylee, Bradley, Olivia, Mikey; siblings, Sharon (Lenny), Sheila (Jimmy), Sally, Ron; many nieces & nephews; step sons, Michael, Mark, Matthew (Melissa), TJ and countless friends.
On behalf of our family we would like to sincerely thank everyone for your support during this difficult time. We are saddened that the current events have prevented us from having a traditional gathering and we hope you are all able to find your own way to pay your final respects to our father, Bobby Z.
In lieu of flowers, please make arrangements to have a campfire with your loved ones, watch the sunset, and appreciate a starry night. This was one of our fathers favorite things to do.
Very Sincerely,
Lenny & Bobby Zeitvogel
