He is survived by his daughters, Yesenia and Yomayra Ortiz; grandchildren, Joseph, Nathaniel, Brianni; Siblings, Betty Ann, Noemi and Rosemary Ortiz along with many nieces, nephews and cousins. Family will receive friends from 5PM - 8PM on Tuesday March 22nd, 2022 at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Ave Rochester, NY 14626.
