Survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Rebecca Velten; step children, Chari (Daniel) Carr, Christopher (Linda) Rising, & Charles (Cheryl) Rising; siblings, Sue Taylor, Sally (Gordon) Neu, & Debbie Williams; many nieces & nephews; special nephew, Isaac Deihl; & other family & friends.
Roger was a veteran of the United States Navy.
