Roman passed away peacefully with his wife and daughters by his side on February 5, 2022 at the age of 67 years.
Predeceased by his parents, Roman Filip and Nusia Alhart.
He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Sharon Filip; daughters, Natalia (Justin) Farnsworth and Larissa Filip; his precious granddaughter Naomi Grace; sister, Nadia Smith; cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Roman was the ultimate family man, and treasured all of his girls more than anything in the world. He had a way of bringing fun and humor into everyday life. He had a tremendous impact on everyone in his life, and his humor, love of music, and love of his family will live on forever.
Family will receive friends Sunday, February 27, 2022 at 1:30PM, at St. Pius X Church, 3010 Chili Ave., Rochester, NY 14624. A Funeral Mass will be held following at 2PM at St. Pius X Church.
Private inurnment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
Contributions may be made to St. Pius X Church in Roman's memory.
