Survived by his wife of 41 years, Leona; children; Shari (Ted) Webb, Renee Woodhams, Wayne (Sandi) Sweet, Lee's children; Michael and Linda Miller; many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
He was a proud veteran of the United States Marines Corp and served during the Korean War. He was a member of the American Legion Post # 468 and Past Sgt. of their Color Guard, 40&8, Korean War Veterans, Chapter # 58 and DAV. Ron was Past Commander and Color Guard Sgt. of American Legion Post # 474. He flew on Mission 41 of Honor Flight Rochester.
Ron drove tractor trailers for many years and is a member of Teamster Local # 118. He played drums in many bands and was an avid boater.
Visitation will be held 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm Monday, November 21, 2022 at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue, where Military Honors will be held 7:00 pm.
