Rose Marie Meyers

Passed peacefully and gracefully just how she lived on Saturday, November 12th.

She was predeceased by her husband, Gerald , brother, Carl Veltri and brother-in-law, Roy Meyers. She is survived by her loving children, Katherine Schmidt, Bill (Eileen) Meyers, Larry Meyers and Carl (Lisa Legno) Meyers; adoring grandchildren, Christopher (Becky Wise) Meyers, Amanda (Lance Purdy) Meyers, Mike (Marla) Meyers, Jeff (Stacy) Meyers, Brittany (Patrick) McTammany and 8 great-grandchildren who brought her great joy. She is also survived by her brothers and sisters-in-law, Lewis (Laverne) Meyers of FL. and Raymond (Joy) Meyers of VA; nieces; nephews and friends. Rose will be remembered for her beautiful and constant smile. The family would like to thank her many caregivers at Edna Tina Wilson Living Center who took such loving care of her.

The family will receive friends Saturday, November 19th from 2-4 PM at the New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue where Funeral Services will immediately follow calling hours at 4 PM. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Rose's name may be made to the Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired, 422 S. Clinton Avenue, Rochester, NY 14620-1198.
