Passed away on, October 26th, 2016 at the age of 80.
Predeceased by her parents Charles and Ida Leone, siblings Jenny Leone, Josephine Bostwick, Edith VanDeuser, Anna Weston, Margaret Belorit, Albert Leone, Herman Leone, John Leone and James Leone. Best friend Rose Marie Alguire.
She is survived by her loving husband of 32 years, Gennaro Patalano, daughter, Tina (Steve) Sick, grandchildren Christina Parks, Steffanie Parks, Shilo (Jereme) Versluis, and Steven Sick, great-grand-children Adrianna Holland, Gabriella Holland and Angelina Williams aka "the Midge".
Step children Deborah (Paul) Bianchi, Linda Gallagher, Gary (Donna) Patalano, and brother Earl Leone of Florida. Special friends Cathy Vroman and Jeannine Alguire Furioso.
Family will receive friends from 2PM-4PM & 7PM-9PM on Tuesday November 1st 2016 at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 9:30AM on Wednesday Novemeber 2nd 2016 at St. Theodore's Catholic Church,168 Spencerport Rd, Rochester, NY 14606
Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 2461 Lake Ave, Rochester, NY 14612.
Contributions in Rose's name may be sent to Strong Memorial Hospital at 601 Elmwood Ave, Rochester, NY 14642. Attention to the Palliative Care Center.
The Family would like to thank all of the hard working and caring nurses who took care of Rose while she was in the Palliative Care Unit at Strong.
