Passed peacefully with family, May 1, 2021 at the age of 83.
Predeceased by her husband, Richard Heusinger & son, Walter Tucker Jr.; daughter, Betty Lou Tucker.
Survived by her children, Lillie (Renard) Bratcher, David (Beth) Tucker, Catherine Torres, Violet (Manny) Perez, & Grace Ann (Gerry) Biel; grandchildren, Shelba (Neil) Best, Anthony Scott, Ernest Anderson Jr., Laura Torres, Felicia Singletary, Deanna (Kela) White, Chastity (San) Mek, Israel (Lori) Vega, Gabrielle Biel, Sebastian Biel, Destinie (Chaz) Hunter, Joshua Perez, Jomaris Perez, Hermani Perez, Michelle Marble, Wanita Marble; 32 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; sister, Louise Joiner; & many other family & friends.
Ruby came to Rochester from Mississippi, around 1950's, as a very young woman, with her husband Walter Tucker Sr., & two young toddlers. Her legacy has grown to produce the above descendants. She has always been an attentive, kind, loving, & gentle mother. We will miss her dearly.
Services will be held privately. Private burial at Riverside
