Ruth Chiarilli passed away peacefully on Monday, March 25, 2024. She is reunited with her beloved animals. Butch, Lacey, Carolina, Harley, and Tucker.
Predeceased by her granddaughter Emma Chiarilli, Parents, Winona Secrist and Raymond Secrist.
Survived by her husband Francis Chiarilli. Brother and Sister Kathryn (Eric) Gates of Arizona. Todd (Kathy) Secrist of Ohio. Children Cindy Chiarilli, Pamela Chiarilli, Todd Chiarilli. Grandchildren Justin Salomone, Adam Cote, Jessie Mellema, Madison Chiarilli. Many nieces and nephews.
Ruth lived life to the fullest. She traveled to Australia, Alaska, and Hawaii. She scaled the side of a building for charity, parasailed and zip lined in Cancun. She loved riding horses and shared this passion with her granddaughters. She enjoyed tap and jazz dancing as well. She gave back to her community whenever possible. Animals loved her and were always drawn to her. The last few years Ruth fostered dogs with special needs. Ruth loved to quilt and has made many beautiful quilts that we will cherish forever.
One of her proudest accomplishments was making it to 80 years old and never cooking a turkey.
Ruth and Frank were married 60 years and built a beautiful family.
Ruth was loved by many. She was a spit fire of a woman. She passed on that trait to all of the women that came after her. She loved deeply and refused to fit into any mold.
Ruth was very proud of her four great grandchildren. She showed them off to everyone and anyone.
