On Saturday, May 6, 2006 at age 76. She is survived by her children, Lloyd Chapin, Carla (Rodney) Cutler, Stanley Allen, Mark (Beth) Allen, Susan DiStefano, and Linda Allen; grandchildren, Catherine, Robert, Lisa, Desirae, James, and Stephanie; great-grandchildren, Gianna, and Sydney. Ruth will always be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
There will be no prior calling hours. Memorial Services will be held on Friday, May 12th, 7 PM at the New Comer Family Funeral Home, 2536 Ridgeway Ave. Interment at Mt. Hope Cemetery at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be directed to Lifetime Care Hospice of Rochester, 89 Genesee St., Rochester, NY 14611.
