Rochester: Peacefully on Friday, July 24, 2009 at age 86. Predeceased by her husband, Stanley. She is survived by her loving children, John (Bernadette), Robert (Mary) and Richard (James) Zimny; daughter, Sabina (Leonard) Volpe; grandchildren, Alfred (Rachel) and Christopher Neill, Jay, Noel (Tiffany), Casey, David (Amy) and Michael Zimny, Anthony (Tony) Volpe; great-grandchildren, Jacob & Thomas Neill, Nathan & Makaela Zimny; sister, Janina Latek of Poland; special nephews, Ted (Betsy) Wituszynski, John & Adam Latek; many other nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews and relatives in Poland.
Family and friends may call Sunday 7-9 PM at the New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday, 9:30 AM at St. Stanislaus Church, 1124 Hudson Avenue. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Stanislaus Church Building Fund, 34 St. Stanislaus St., Rochester, NY 14621 in Sabina's memory.
