Passed away on October 9, 2023 at the age of 79.
Predeceased by her husband, Edward; parents, John & Sabina; siblings, John A. Bosner, Kevin Bosner, & Maureen Bosner.
She is survived by her children, John (Julie), Joann, Kimberly (David) Joris; grandchildren, Sara (David) Beyerlein, Jessica (Kenny) Benson, Victoria (Cameron) Bender & David VerSchneider; great-grandchildren, Logan Benson, Bobby Bender & Natalie Bender; brother, Leo (Pat) Bosner; sister-in-laws, Mary Pat Bosner & Mary Catherine (Richard) Zona; loving nieces and nephews, Charlene, Raymond & Wendy; special friends, Sandy & Barb; and many more nieces, nephews, cousins & friends.
Her family would like to recognize the heartfelt care she received at Monroe Community Hospital, specifically the Faith 2 East team - Valerie (Sunshine), Kim, Deyonce, Pam, Linda & so many more.
Sabina is a Nazareth University graduate, loved by many in the Class of 1966, and went on to become a teacher at DeWitt Road Elementary school in Webster, NY where she touched many lives. She loved to play Euchre, had a great sense of humor and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She had many fond memories of growing up on Beach Avenue spending time with her Grandparents, Catharine and Leo Lyons (co-founder of the NFL).
Her family would also like to thank those at the Legacy at Willow Pond for all the joy and friendships they brought her.
Family will receive friends 4:00pm- 7:00pm on Monday, October 16, 2023 at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 6 Empire Boulevard. A service will be held immediately following at 7:00pm.
Interment will be held at Pittsford Cemetery, 38 Washington Road, Rochester, NY, 14618, on Tuesday, October 17th at 11:00am.
