Scottsville: Finally Cancer Free, and after a heroic battle with complications from surgery, Sam passed away on Friday January 31st 2020 at age 26. Predeceased by paternal grandparents, Lawrence & Dorothy Kastner and beloved dog, Choo-Choo. Survived by father, Rick (Jacki) Kastner; mother, Stacey Kastner; sister, Chelsea Domm; maternal grandparents, Phil & Kathy Borzilleri; many aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends who will dearly miss him.
Calling Hours will be held from 4-8 PM on Friday, February 7th at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Ave., where Sam's Funeral Ceremony will be celebrated on Saturday February 8th at 10 AM. Private Interment.
