Rochester, New York, 78, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 6, 2022.
Born to Fred and Eleanor Freese in Rochester, NY on January 23, 1944. She is survived by her loving husband, Glenn of 45 years; her dear cousin Dorothy "Sis" Musgrove of Wayland, NY; several cousins; very dear friend Pam Morgan; longtime friend Stephen Mershon; Pastor Steve and many friends of the Trinity Lutheran Church community.
Sandy is predeceased by her parents, Frederick N. Freese and Eleanor H. Davis Freese; twin brother and sister Frederick "Fritz" Freese and Linda Freese.
Sandy and Glenn met while working on a horse farm and fell in love. They were lifetime members of the local 4H Club. Together, they built their home in Spencerport and created Neumann Farms where they worked for many years raising livestock, growing vegetation, and caring for their horses. She enjoyed teaching riding lessons to children on their farm and taking the ponies to the local fairs and carnivals. Sandy adored her brother Fritzy and would visit him at his nursing home every weekend and enjoyed taking him to concerts. Sandy's passion was growing flowers in her garden and greenhouse. But nothing will ever compare to Sandy's love and devotion for Glenn first, before herself. Her faith was very important to her and brought her strength and comfort. She is at peace, pain-free, and enjoying eternal rest with God in Heaven.
Together in their faith and love, Sandy and Glenn were members of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Spencerport, and cherish the many friends made through Church and life. Sandy was the most caring, loving and soft-spoken person, who will be missed dearly.
