Thursday, October 14, 2010 at age 81. He was predeceased by his wife, Marion A. Powell. Survived by his children, Sonia (Johnny) Houston, Sandra Powell and Trevor (Jessica) Powell, 2 God-children, Julius and Jalen Peterson; as well as their parents, Michael and Hilda Peterson; grandchildren, Sandra and Taylor Powell; along with many brothers and sisters-in-law; nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends.
A special Thank You to Suzette and Debbie for their wonderful care and also to the RPD.
Family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 20th from 2-4 and 6-9 PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgway Ave., where his Funeral Ceremony will be celebrated on Thursday at 11 AM. Interment Grove Place Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association. 435 E. Henrietta Rd., Rochester, NY 14620
