Surrounded by her family, Sharon went to be with the lord on August 23rd. A loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother.

Sharon was a woman of faith throughout her life. She was active in the church, taught bible study for many years and will be remembered for her love of God. Some of the hobbies she enjoyed included word searches, going camping, listening to music, having sleepovers and watching scary movies with her family. Sharon valued her friends and enjoyed getting together to chat and laugh. She also adored watching her grandchildren playing sports and would make the journey to their games to cheer them on. When she couldn't attend a sports event in person, Sharon would watch the live broadcast from home.

She cared for many pets during her life and they all had a special place in her heart. Sharon was always smiling and had a good sense of humor that would brighten a gloomy day and any room she entered. She made new friends easily and was always quick to offer help or kind sentiments to others. But most of all, Sharon treasured her family. She would talk about her family to whoever would listen and cherished every moment they shared together.
The warmth, love, kindness and sharing that meant so much to her is reflected and carried on in her daughter and grandchildren. Sharon will be dearly missed and is forever in our hearts.

Survived by her husband, Walter Moriarity. Daughter, Sonya (Jim) Burdett. Grandchildren, Kate, Kyle, Kamryn. Stepchildren, Scott Moriarity, Sherry Pierson (Annabelle, Wyatt, Emmitt), Kenny Moriarity.

Services will be held at Pinnacle Lutheran Church, 250 Pinnacle Rd Rochester, NY 14623 on Sunday September 3rd at 2pm with a reception to follow at the church.
